Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Honeybot, LLC ("Honeybot", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you visit https://www.honeybot.ai and pages operated as part of that website (the "Site").
Honeybot is a free publishing website featuring fictional, AI-generated adult-oriented content, editorial material and links to third-party websites. The Site does not offer user accounts, memberships, subscriptions, purchases, chats, prompts or user uploads.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by:
Honeybot, LLC
930 S 4th St, Ste 209 #4652
Las Vegas, Nevada 89101
United States
Privacy enquiries: legal [at] honeybot.ai
2. Information we handle
We do not ask Site visitors to provide a name, email address, password, payment information or profile information in order to browse the Site. We do not maintain visitor accounts or payment records.
Limited information may nevertheless be processed in the following circumstances.
A. Technical and security information
When you visit the Site, our hosting, content-delivery and security providers may automatically process information such as:
- your Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- browser type, device type and operating system;
- requested page, referring page and date and time of the request;
- general location inferred from an IP address, such as country or region;
- network, performance, diagnostic and security information; and
- information used to detect bots, abuse, attacks or other security threats.
This processing is necessary to deliver and protect the Site, diagnose faults and maintain its availability. Honeybot does not use this information to identify individual visitors.
B. Cookie and preference information
The Site stores limited information needed to remember choices such as:
- your cookie-consent selection;
- your display preference, such as light or dark mode; and
- where used, confirmation that you have passed an applicable age gate or age-assurance check.
Some of this information may be stored in cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies.
C. Optional analytics
If you consent to analytics cookies, we may use PostHog to understand how visitors use the Site. Depending on the configuration in use, PostHog may process:
- a randomly generated browser or device identifier;
- pages viewed and links or buttons selected;
- visit duration, referral source and general navigation information;
- browser, device and general geographic information; and
- technical error and performance information.
Optional analytics must not be activated until you have given consent. Honeybot does not use analytics to create named profiles or to identify visitors. Honeybot does not use session replay on the Site.
You can reject optional analytics without losing access to the Site and can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
D. Messages sent to Honeybot
If you email us with a privacy enquiry, complaint, copyright notice, likeness-removal request or other report, we will receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, details of your request, the location of the content concerned and documents reasonably required to verify your identity or authority.
We use this information only to review, respond to and document the request, protect legal rights, comply with law and prevent abuse of our reporting procedures.
Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically request them and explain why they are required.
E. Age assurance where legally required
The Site is intended only for adults. In jurisdictions where stronger age assurance is legally required, Honeybot may use a specialist third-party provider or restrict access by location.
Where a third-party age-assurance service is used, visitors will receive additional information before the check begins. Honeybot will seek to receive only the minimum result needed, such as confirmation that the visitor satisfies the applicable age threshold, rather than a copy of an identity document or facial image. The provider may process information under its own privacy notice.
3. How we use information
We process the limited information described above to:
- display and deliver the Site;
- maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse and automated attacks;
- remember privacy, display and age-gate choices;
- understand Site usage where analytics consent has been given;
- diagnose errors and improve performance;
- respond to enquiries, complaints and legal notices;
- investigate content-safety, copyright or likeness concerns;
- comply with legal obligations and lawful requests; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where UK or European data-protection law applies, our legal bases are:
- legitimate interests, for delivering, securing and maintaining the Site, handling complaints and protecting legal rights;
- consent, for optional analytics and marketing technologies;
- legal obligation, where processing is required by law; and
- establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, where applicable.
You may withdraw cookie consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where they are required to provide security, remember your privacy choice or deliver a feature you request.
Analytics or marketing technologies operate only after you actively consent. Continuing to browse the Site is not treated as consent.
The current cookie and browser-storage inventory, purposes and durations are set out in the Honeybot Policies page. You can reopen the consent controls at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer.
5. Service providers and other recipients
We may disclose or make limited information available to service providers that help us operate the Site, including:
- Cloudflare, for content delivery, security, bot management, network performance and routing;
- PostHog, for optional analytics after consent;
- hosting, storage and technical-support providers;
- professional advisers, insurers and auditors where reasonably necessary; and
- government authorities, courts or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required.
Some Site assets may be delivered through third-party content-delivery or font providers. These providers receive technical request information, including an IP address, when the asset is loaded.
We require providers acting on our behalf to process information only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
6. Affiliate links and third-party websites
The Site may contain advertising, affiliate links and links to third-party services, including creator platforms and social networks. Honeybot may receive a commission if you follow certain links or complete a transaction with a third party.
When you follow a third-party link, the destination website may collect information and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Honeybot does not control those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. A link or commercial relationship does not mean that Honeybot receives the personal information you provide to the third party.
7. Sale and targeted advertising
Honeybot does not sell Site visitors' personal information for money. Honeybot does not use optional analytics data to create named advertising profiles.
Third-party affiliate or advertising partners may collect information after you select a clearly identified third-party link. Their activities are governed by their own policies and any choices they provide.
8. International processing
Honeybot is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful basis for the transfer.
9. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above:
- cookie-consent records are generally stored for up to 12 months;
- optional PostHog browser identifiers are generally stored for up to 12 months unless you withdraw consent or delete them sooner;
- analytics event data is retained for no longer than 12 months;
- security and diagnostic logs under Honeybot's control are generally retained for no longer than 30 days, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate an incident;
- routine correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed; and
- legal, copyright, safety and removal records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect legal rights.
Information controlled independently by a service provider is subject to that provider's retention practices.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, to restrict or object to processing, to receive certain information in a portable format, or to withdraw consent.
Because Honeybot does not operate visitor accounts and normally does not know a visitor's identity, we may be unable to connect a request to technical information unless you provide enough information to locate it. We will not ask for more information than is reasonably necessary to verify and respond to a request.
To exercise a privacy right, contact legal [at] honeybot.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. Visitors elsewhere may have the right to complain to their local privacy regulator.
11. Adult-only Site and children
The Site contains adult-oriented material and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority required to view adult content where you live, whichever is higher.
Honeybot does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to Honeybot, contact legal [at] honeybot.ai so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect the limited information we process. No website or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site, our providers or applicable law. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or request new consent.
