Our Policies
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These policies apply to the Honeybot website at https://www.honeybot.ai (the "Site"). They supplement the Honeybot Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.
Honeybot is a free publishing website. It does not offer visitor accounts, memberships, subscriptions, payments, chats, prompts or uploads.
Adult Access and Underage Policy
The Site contains AI-generated adult-oriented and sexually explicit material. It is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, have reached the legal age of majority where they live and are legally permitted to view adult content.
People who do not meet all applicable age requirements must not access the Site.
2. Age controls and regional compliance
Honeybot may use an age gate, a specialist age-assurance provider, geographic restrictions or other appropriate controls. The method may differ by location and applicable law.
Where highly effective age assurance is legally required, simple self-declaration will not be treated as sufficient. Honeybot may require completion of an approved age-assurance method or block access where compliant access cannot reasonably be provided.
Visitors must not bypass or interfere with age or geographic controls. Information about any age-assurance processing is provided in the Honeybot Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in the provider's notice shown before the check begins.
3. No sexual content involving minors
Honeybot does not knowingly publish, permit or endorse sexual content involving a minor or a person presented as a minor.
Honeybot's published AI characters are intended to depict fictional adults aged 18 or older. Honeybot prohibits content that:
- depicts or appears to depict a child in a sexual context;
- describes a depicted character as under 18;
- deliberately uses terms, styling, context or physical characteristics intended to present an adult character as a child; or
- sexualises child abuse, exploitation or grooming.
Reports involving suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse are treated as urgent. Honeybot may immediately remove or restrict the material, preserve information where legally required and report it to the appropriate authorities.
4. Reporting
To report material that may involve or present a minor, email support [at] honeybot.ai with the page URL and a short explanation. Do not send or reproduce illegal imagery in the report.
Published Content Standards
Honeybot does not knowingly publish content that:
- is unlawful or facilitates a serious criminal offence;
- depicts, sexualises or exploits a minor;
- constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or an intentional sexual deepfake of a real person;
- is designed to impersonate a real person, celebrity or public figure;
- promotes sexual violence, trafficking, coercion, abuse or exploitation;
- promotes terrorism, suicide, self-harm or serious violence;
- promotes hatred or unlawful discrimination against a protected group;
- unlawfully discloses personal information; or
- infringes copyright, trademark or another enforceable legal right.
AI-generated content can produce unintended visual artefacts or accidental resemblance. Honeybot reviews credible reports and may remove, replace, edit or restrict material that violates these standards or presents a safety or legal risk.
Suspected violations may be reported to support [at] honeybot.ai. Include the exact page URL and enough information for us to understand the concern.
Content Removal and Likeness Policy
Honeybot publishes fictional, AI-generated content and does not intend to depict or impersonate real individuals. AI output may nevertheless create an unintended resemblance.
This policy explains how a person can request review of material they reasonably believe resembles them, impersonates them or violates their privacy, publicity or consent rights.
2. Who may request review
A request may be made by:
- the person who is allegedly depicted or resembled;
- an authorised legal representative;
- a parent or legal guardian acting for a protected person; or
- another person authorised by law to act for the affected person.
3. How to submit a request
Email support [at] honeybot.ai and include:
- the exact URL of the material;
- a description of the concern;
- an explanation of your relationship to the person concerned; and
- a reliable method for us to contact you.
Do not send an identity document with the initial request. If verification is reasonably necessary, Honeybot will explain what is needed and why. We will seek the least intrusive verification reasonably available.
4. Review and possible action
Honeybot will review a sufficiently detailed request in good faith. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- remove or restrict the material;
- replace or edit it to reduce a resemblance or other concern;
- request additional information;
- refer the issue to the relevant content or service provider; or
- decline the request where the material does not violate this policy or applicable law.
Submission does not guarantee a particular outcome. However, Honeybot will prioritise credible reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deliberate impersonation, threats or immediate safety concerns.
Information provided with a request is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and used to review the matter, prevent abuse, comply with law and protect legal rights.
Copyright and DMCA Policy
Honeybot respects copyright and will review sufficiently detailed notices alleging that material available on the Site infringes a copyright.
If you are a copyright owner or are authorised to act for one, send a written notice to dmca [at] honeybot.ai containing:
- 1. your physical or electronic signature;
- 2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, for multiple works, a representative list;
- 3. identification and exact location of the allegedly infringing material, including the Site URL;
- 4. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- 5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- 6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Honeybot may forward the notice and contact information to a relevant provider or other affected party where reasonably necessary to evaluate or act on the notice.
2. Response
After receiving a valid notice, Honeybot may remove or disable access to the identified material, request clarification, notify an affected provider or take another action appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
3. Counter-notification
If material supplied by a third party is removed under a DMCA process and that party believes removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, a counter-notification may be sent to dmca [at] honeybot.ai. It must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including:
- 1. a physical or electronic signature;
- 2. identification of the removed material and its former location;
- 3. a statement under penalty of perjury that the sender has a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
- 4. the sender's name, address and telephone number; and
- 5. consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements specified by the DMCA.
Where the statutory counter-notification process applies, Honeybot may restore material within the period permitted by law unless the original complainant informs us that a qualifying court action has been filed.
4. Misuse
Knowingly submitting a materially false copyright notice or counter-notification may create legal liability. Do not use the copyright process for likeness, privacy, trademark or general content complaints; use the appropriate reporting section above.
Complaints and Support Policy
- Site access or technical problems;
- privacy and cookies;
- adult-access controls;
- published content and safety;
- likeness, impersonation or consent concerns;
- copyright or other legal rights; and
- affiliate disclosures or third-party links.
General complaints may be sent to support [at] honeybot.ai. Privacy matters may be sent to legal [at] honeybot.ai, and copyright notices to dmca [at] honeybot.ai.
Please include the relevant URL, a clear description and any details reasonably needed to understand the issue. Do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents or illegal content.
Honeybot will review complaints in good faith and may request clarification. Response time depends on the urgency, complexity and volume of requests. A complaint does not guarantee a particular outcome or remedy.
This process does not prevent anyone from contacting a regulator, law-enforcement agency or court where they have the right to do so.
Payments and Refunds
Some third-party links may lead to websites that offer paid services. Any purchase, subscription, cancellation or refund is solely between the visitor and that third party and is governed by the third party's terms.
